With VITT you don’t just buy a yoga product: you help save lives!
One of the main objectives that we set ourselves with the creation of VITT, was to manufacture sustainable and environmentally friendly yoga products, with the commitment to contribute to a better, fairer and more balanced world.
According to the principles on which we base our lives, we try to be consistent at all times with our duty to the planet and to disadvantaged people. This is what has led us to become involved in collaboration with the ONG.
Born to counteract hatred, racism and to end the numerous deaths in the central Mediterranean, currently the world’s deadliest border. The mission of Mediterranea Saving Humans is to monitor; witness and report what is happening, with respect to international laws and those of the sea, to save human lives. Since their first mission on October 3, 2018, they have already rescued 237 lives and it is still on the rise.
Collaboration
We concluded that Mediterranea Saving Humans is the NGO that fits in with our philosophy of life because it allows us to donate part of our profits to a trusted association that guarantees that everything donated is invested directly to people who really need it, with total honesty and transparency.
The work of Mediterranea Saving Humans is possible thanks to donations from individuals and entities, since 100% of the proceeds go to rescue projects in the Mediterranean Sea.
The cost of the trips, fuel, rescue equipment, food, and maintenance of the ship, is not only covered by donations, but is privately paid by the team members themselves. This way of operating has enabled numerous rescue efforts.
Love, enthusiasm, equality and hope are the pillars that move us, keep us awake and alert on a daily basis to be in constant collaboration with the NGO Mediterranea Saving Humans.

You also collaborate with Mediterranea Saving Humans even if you don’t know it. When you make a purchase at Vitt, 5% of the profits from your purchase are used to carry out rescue efforts in the Mediterranean.
