Shipping

The quality of delivery service is very important to Vitt, and we know how important it is for you to receive your mat quickly and easily. That is why we treat your order with great care and prepare it with great enthusiasm so that it arrives quickly in perfect condition.

The shipping cost varies depending on the delivery address provided. All prices are in Euros.

Iberic Peninsula (including Portugal) and the Balearic Islands

-The shipping cost for the Peninsula is € 6. If the order amount is over € 95, shipping costs are free.

-The shipping cost for the Balearic Islands and Portugal (peninsula) is € 10. If the order amount is over € 95, shipping costs are free.

-Once we prepare the order and give it to the delivery man, you will receive an SMS or an email from the transport agency informing you about the day you will receive your package. If you want, you will also have the option to modify the delivery day.

In general, delivery times will be 2-3 working days within Spain and Portugal.

International and Canary Islands

Due to customs management costs, shipping costs can vary from € 18 to € 55 in shipments to both the Canary Islands and other countries. Once you enter the address when ordering, the amount will automatically appear.

-The shipping cost to the Canary Islands is € 25.

-We offer free shipping for international orders over € 150.

-In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, we bear the administrative management costs, but not the IGIC; the addressee must pay it at the time of delivery.

-In the case of shipments to countries other than Spain and Portugal, Vitt will not take charge of any extra fees or duties that may be in the country of delivery.

In general, delivery times will be 3-6 working days.
